How to find us

By car:

Take the A7/A1 motorway to the "Horster Dreieck" exit, then take the A1 in the direction of "Centrum" (not the A7 "Elbtunnel"). After crossing the bridges over the Elbe, turn left in the direction of "Centrum/Hafen" onto "Amsinckstraße," which becomes Willy-Brandt-Strasse after the Amsinck-Tunnel. Directly under the underground railway bridge that crosses Willy-Brandt-Strasse, turn left onto Rödingsmarkt. Turn right at the next traffic light ("Beim alten Waisenhaus"). After 200 m, you will see the "Madison-Hotel" (underground garage). Our offices are across from it.

Take the A24/A1 motorway as far as the "Hamburg-Billstedt" intersection. Then take the B5 in the direction of "Centrum." Via "Eiffestrasse" and "Spaldingstrasse", the B5 reaches "Amsinckstraße," which becomes Willy-Brandt-Strasse after the Amsinck Tunnel. Directly under the underground railway bridge that crosses Willy-Brandt-Strasse, turn left onto Rödingsmarkt. Turn right at the next traffic light ("Beim alten Waisenhaus"). Take the A7 motorway as far as the "Bahrenfeld" intersection. Then take the B431/B4 in the direction of "Centrum" ("Von Sauer-Straße," "Bahrenfelder Chaussee," "Stresemannstraße," "Budapester Straße," "Ludwig-Erhard-Straße"). Turn right under the underground railway bridge that crosses the road at "Rödingsmark.t" Turn right again at the next traffic light ("Beim alten Waisenhaus"). After 200 m, you will see the "Madison-Hotel" (underground garage). Our offices are across from it.

From the airport:

Follow the signs to "Centrum" and the green area of the parking guidance system in the direction of "Hafen/Michel/Landungsbrücken." Turn right at "Ludwig-Erhard-Straße“ onto "Rödingsmarkt." At the first set of traffic lights, turn right again ("Beim alten Waisenhaus"). After 200 m, you will see the "Madison-Hotel". Our offices are across from it.

By rail:

From the central train station, take the U3 line just four stops in the direction of "Landungsbrücken." Get off at the "Baumwall" station; ESC is only 3 minutes' walk away.

Travel advisory for the subway U3 from 5th May – 3rd October 2010:

The subway line U3 between „Baumwall“ and „Rathausmarkt“ will be interrupted because of construction works during the above mentioned time period. As an alternative you can take the line S1 in the direction „Wedel“. Please exit at „Stadthausbrücke“ and follow the exit signs to „Herrengraben/Michaelisstrasse“. At the exit, turn right (south) into „Herrengraben“. After about 400m you will see our offices on the right hand side.
